Beyond Baed [Baed] recruiting

Who?
Beyond Baed [Baed] is a brandnew guild. It was created the end of February 2008, and aims to be a pvp guild at european times (around GMT+1). It has a small core now that is looking for extra players to strengthen the roster.
The guild is part of the Servants of Fortuna-alliance, which also contains Servants of Fortuna Victrix. Most of us have played the game since release and seen the high end of the ladder up close before.
We are looking for up to 3 players still to strenghten our roster.

Objectives?
It's first objective is to have fun with each other. The small core that is currently on the roster knows each other for over a year or longer, and we like to just play in a relaxed environment. That means no e-drama, no raging / rq-ing, no badmouthing anyone. We do love however to make jokes and tease people, as well as give constructive feedback.
The laidback attitude means also that there will be NO stringent playing requirements (as in 'you have to be online this amount of time per week or get kicked'). Most of us are working man, and committing hardcore to GuildWars is not always an option.

It's second objective is to play at a respectable level. We realise that playing top 100 requires a time-investment that the mature player can not always commit. That doesn't mean we won't try to see how far we can get. This guild doesn't aim for the beginning player, we expect a decent amount of experience. But more on that in the 'looking for' section.

What's with the guildname?
'Beyond Baed' is simply derived from 'beyond bad'.
'Baed' kind of emphases the meaning of 'bad' (due to bad spelling) just more.
It's both a playful self-directed taunt (in case we really did goof up tremendously) and a reminder that one is never 'elite' but always just trying to improve.

Maturity level
Realisticly, this will mean this guild is looking for players of age 18+. It isn't that we don't believe that people of age 16 or 17 can't be mature in behavior. It is also a phase of life people are in. The life of a student or working man is different from that of a school going guy or girl. Most of us are in our mid twenties. Also, a level of maturity is an alliance-wide carried essential which we intent to keep high.

Looking for...?
We are looking for European players that have a decent amount of experience. The best way I could describe the type of player we are looking for skillwise:
"Basic pvp concepts are known to the player. Each player can act independantly and make decisions on it's own. He/She is not dependant on others to tell where how to use their bar and where and when to move, given a specific situation. He/she can communicate with his/her teammates to solve issues or take advantage of situations."
Good general attitude (fun-going, relaxed; can take/give criticism) is also demanded. If you are so pro that you want to bash on other gamingformats such as PvE, then don't bother applying.

We realise that balthasar faction and titles aren't the greatest measurement stick for recruitment. It would however help to list them anyway to get a quick view of how long people play pvp.

playing times
playing times are Sunday afternoon at 12.00 UTC (13.00 BST, 14.00 Amsterdam time) and Wednesday / Thursday evenings. But if the opportunity is there, we'll play whenever we can of course.
